What is a featured listing?

A featured listing is a property we would like to share with you to show you the range of properties that we have here in the Quad Cities of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humboldt.  These listings show you properties in different price ranges, from the 150k or lower range to million dollar homes.  Along with different price ranges they showcase different areas.  Some are located in conventional neighborhoods, some are located in the Ponderosa Pines with larger lots, and some are located in wide open acreage with space for horses, chickens and other farm-like animals.  Some of these properties are site built single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and manufactured homes.  Each has a uniqueness about them.  Each has a story. The story for these properties have many chapters.  They have a beginning from when they were first built; first envisioned by someone who wanted to start their life in the Prescott area.  As the years go by, that chapter may end by the family relocating to another state or purchasing a different home in the area due to family circumstances changing.  But then another chapter starts when a new family moves in and begins their story in that same home.  And the story continues year after year.
